Everett Hill, President of Catalytic Advisors, chosen as top candidate for corporate board membership
Atlanta, GA, October 25, 2012 – Everett Hill, President of Atlanta-based Catalytic Advisors, has been named one of the top 100 board candidates in the country by a publication of the Financial Times Group.
The directory, called “The Agenda Compensation 100," is designed to identify a pool of candidates ready to join the boards of Fortune 1000 companies to sit on compensation committees. Hill won a competitive vote by a blue-ribbon group of board directors, search firm and governance experts, and compensation consultants. The directory is a special publication of the Agenda newsletter, which is sent weekly to thousands of board members.
“It’s wonderful to be recognized as one of 100 top board candidates in the country; to be chosen by such a prestigious selection committee is the highest honor. I'm looking forward to serving on a public board,” said Hill.
Before launching his consultancy, Hill was Senior Vice President and General Manager of a $250 million unit of Hostess Brands. Prior to that, he was responsible for a sales force of 1,200 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, supporting a $4 billion business. It was at Coca-Cola Enterprises where Hill built a career as a sales leader, general manager, and corporate change agent. He has also held positions at DuPont and Rohm and Haas.
Hill is Co-President of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta, and is a member the Society of International Business Fellows. He holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton in addition to his Harvard MBA.
